MBK Homes Takes Home “the ELIANT” Award For Third Consecutive Year

IRVINE, Calif. - March 7, 2016 - PRLog -- MBK Homes is pleased to announce its third consecutive win of “The ELIANT” award for the Best Overall Purchase and Ownership Experience among multiple-division homebuilders in North America. As the top national honor in the Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards competition, the award is given to builders whose surveyed customers voted them No. 1 for delivering an extraordinary customer experience based on three “Key Measures” questions asked at Move-In and Year-End. Additionally, MBK’s sales team has ranked No. 1 nationally for Purchase Experience in seven out of the last eight years.

Eliant, recognized as the building industry’s leading provider of Customer Experience solutions for North America’s top homebuilders, administered more than 86,000 surveys to choose the 43 homebuilder winners for its 20th annual competition. Among those polled were recent homeowners from 148 major homebuilders across the United States and Canada to gauge their experience with their respective builders.

In addition to “The ELIANT” award and No. 1 ranking for Purchase Experience, MBK Homes was also honored with four "Premier Awards” for First Year Customer Service, First Year Quality, Purchase Experience and Percent of Sales from Referrals among all medium-volume builders as well as four “Honorable Mention” awards.
