Heritage Business School gets 3 National Awards at the 9th NEN E-Week Grand Finale

KOLKATA, India - March 7, 2016 - PRLog -- The E-Week was observed during February 20 – 27, 2016 by over 3500 Academic Institutes, covering 45 cities, 1500 Events and 8 lakh participants. The Heritage Group of Institutions participated in the E-Week with 45 Entrepreneurial Ideas and a number of Innovative ideas.

Of all the Awards presented, Heritage Business School won 3 of the top National Awards :

• ·   E Week Premier Impact Award – Star Faculty- Dr. Rimu Chaudhuri, from Heritage Business School Kolkata.

The Keynote Address of the Finale was delivered by Shri H. P. Budhia, Chairman, Patton Industries and Chairman, Heritage Business School. Mr. Atul Raja, EVP-NEN felicitated the Award Winning Institutes which best demonstrated the spirit of E-Week providing extra ordinary leadership while sustaining and growing a strong Entrepreneurship Ecosystem on their Campuses. In his Keynote address, Shri H. P. Budhia emphasized on the qualities required by the Entrepreneur for schools citing a personal journey spanning over 5 decades. He urged the students to become Entrepreneurs and not serve other Entrepreneurs as that would boost the National Economy and also provide job opportunities to others while, at the same time, provide satisfaction of fulfillment. Prof. Malay Kumar Banerjee, Dean, Heritage Business School spoke on the activities and the Events throughout the E-Week while mentioning some notable examples of excellent Innovation and Entrepreneurship qualities among students. Mr. Pradip Agarwal, CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions Kolkata was also present during the Award Ceremony and highlighted on the fact that Heritage Group of Institutions inculcated entrepreneurial skills among the students since inception.

The Programme was witnessed by over 500 students from 30 Educational Institutes who had participated in the E-Week.
