The conference for the Life Sciences Training professionals in the United States

ROANOKE, Va. - March 3, 2016 - PRLog -- The 45th Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) Annual Conference is the single largest gathering of life sciences training and development professionals within the United States. Each year, the event brings together nearly 750 learning and development professionals from Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device and Diagnostics companies to share best practices, explore new trends and learning technology, learn new skills while sharpening others, and meeting with peers and industry partners from across the globe.

This year, the LTEN Annual Conference is scheduled from June 13-16, 2016 in National Harbor, Maryland. The keynotes are Mel Robbins (Leadership Expert, TV Personality, CNN Commentator and Author), Walter Bond (Former NBA Player, Entrepreneur, Business Owner and Financial Analyst) and Sewa Beats (International Corporate Training Company).

There are over 60 workshop sessions across 11 content tracks providing in-depth knowledge on managed care, GxP, sales skills, leadership, impact and measurement, etc. to help life sciences training professionals in their career and professional development. LTEN is also launching a new conference track specifically designed for GxP, Quality, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Manufacturing trainers. This program that addresses the unique needs of non-commercial training professionals has been developed in partnership with Life Science Training Institute (LSTI) and Merck Polytechnic Institute.

More than 60 top training suppliers will exhibit at the LTEN Annual Conference to showcase innovative solutions and learning technologies giving an opportunity to the life sciences training professionals to explore a variety of cutting-edge solutions. The conference provides many organized networking opportunities and mini events for the attendees to bond with industry peers.

The winners of the LTEN Excellence Awards will also be announced at the LTEN Annual Conference. The LTEN Excellence Awards is the recognition program that puts Life Sciences training and educational professionals in the spotlight. There are two categories Practitioner (Trainer/Educator/Organization) and Provider (Industry Partner/Suppliers). Both categories offer four different awards. And there are two new awards this year, Member of the Year and All-Star Team awards.
