Stacey, a 47 year old homeless person in Boise, Idaho claims to have been the target of CIA, and other government agencies for the past 30 years and have been responsible for her homelessness, unemployment, the loss of her family and constant surveillance and harassment by the CIA. Stacey claims to have gone to the FBI and Boise Idaho Police Department for help - and none is ever given. Her past includes drug abuse, incarceration, parole and now she is homeless, walking the streets of Boise trying to get help, Stacey claims that her experiences and the electronic and psychological torture that she is subjected to has pushed her to the point where she sought psychiatric help.
