VALPARAISO, Ind. - March 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Duneland Innovators will host its next Meetup event in Valparaiso on March 2nd. The evening is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. CST at Figure 8 Brewing in Downtown Valparaiso, Indiana. The event's topic is “Enhancing Organizational Culture” and will presented by Leanne Hoagland-Smith.

"After 19 years as an entrepreneur and over 20 years in corporate sales and purchasing, I know culture is the real killer to sustainable business growth. If the 'bus' (organizational culture) is toxic, it does not matter if the right people are in the right seats. " said presenter Leanne Hoagland-Smith. "By bringing this topic to local innovators, professionals and entrepreneurs at the Duneland Innovators Meetup, they may begin to change their cultures and help others to do the same."
