“Broadcasting Professor” Pat O’Brien Joins WCOBM, Embraces Challenge of New Media

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - March 1, 2016 - PRLog -- - Legendary broadcaster Pat O’Brien (news, sports, entertainment and politics) has agreed to partner with the World Center of Broadcast Media, a leader in live streaming television. He brings his experience and wit to the airwaves at WCOBM.COM with his new show Everything All the Time which airs live from Hollywood every Tuesday at 10 am.

“I enjoy the challenge of helping something get started from the ground floor,” O’Brien said. “The combination of television, the Internet and social media is very appealing to me because this is where media is going. Gene Woods, an icon in motorsports and the Founder of WCOBM is excited to have O’Brien as a part of his rapidly expanding network.

O’Brien has been a familiar figure in radio and television for more than four decades. He was a broadcaster with CBS from 1981 to 1997 and has covered six Olympic Games, the World Series, Super Bowl, NBA Finals and the Final Four. O’Brien was also the anchor and host of Access Hollywood from 1997 to 2004 and The Insider from 2004 to 2008. He joined Fox Sports Radio from 2010 to 2013 and co-hosted the Loose Canon Show with Steve Hartman and Vic “The Brick” Jacobs.

Everything All The Time is media in its purest and rawest form. O’Brien shuns formal rehearsal and delivers informative interviews with engaging and entertaining guests.

With O’Brien’s following of more than 275,000 followers on Facebook, Everything All The Time has already received more than 1 million views. O’Brien expects that number to double or triple in the coming months as he begins to bring more of his social media following and audience over to WCOBM.

“I’m getting a feel for my audience now and we are going to be bringing on guests who will open a lot of doors for the network,” O’Brien said. “I also appreciate the opportunity to assume the role of “Broadcasting Professor” for the other show hosts at WCOBM.”

The World Center of Broadcast Media is a live streaming television network that entertains with a social media reach of more than 2 million people. Much of the exposure and views that shows on the network receive is based on interaction through social media outlets.
