Toll Brothers receives gold from the National Association of Home Builders

DENVER - Feb. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Toll Brothers recently won three prestigious awards for its model interiors from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 55+ Housing Industry Council. The Montana in Anthem Ranch, Broomfield, took home gold for model detached home of 2,601 to 3,500 square feet.

Two other models received silver awards: The Dunraven in Anthem Ranch by Toll Brothers in the category of Best 55+Interior Design of a model detached home of 2,200 to 2,600 square feet; and The Montana in Kechter Farm, Fort Collins, in the category of Best 55+Interior Design of a model detached home of 2,601 to 3,500 square feet.

In addition, at The Nationals℠presented by the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council for interior design and merchandising, The Bellvue in Kechter Farm took home silver in the category of models priced $500,000-$750,000.
