Miller Homes Has A Good Night's Sleep Covered in Honour of National Bed Month

Feb. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- A good night’s sleep has the ability to rejuvenate, rest and restore  and, as National Bed Month takes place during March, it’s a great time for us all to take stock of how we can literally get a good sleep.

Hosted annually by the Sleep Council (http://www.sleepcouncil.org.uk/) the aim of the month is to raise awareness of the importance of good sleep and offer tips on how to get it. And, with duvets and pillows being just one of the tools needed to make sure you sleep blissfully,  award winning housebuilder Miller Homes is giving them away to all people who buy a new home from them during National Bed Month.

Top tips from the Sleep Council include how to choose the right mattress, how to instill good sleep patterns in children, how to manage your diet to allow good sleep and a host of other advice which might just help with a sleep problem that you are experiencing.
