Follow on Google News | AML Wrestling/All For The Glory/Official ResultsAML Wrestling presented ALL FOR THE GLORY at the Southside Rec Center in High Point, NC on Saturday, February 27, 2016 and here are the official results.
By: WrestleCade Entertainment In the first of two unannounced Future Stars of AML Wrestling matches exclusively for VIP ticket holders, Savannah Evans defeated Daysie Day by pinfall after a fisherman suplex. Kozone and Gladiators 3 & 4 beat JR Reynolds and Big John Z when Kozone surprised Reynolds with a schoolboy rollup. Main Event Caleb Konley pinned “The Exclamation Point” Steve Anthony after 20 minutes of seesaw action. In a loser leaves town match, Zane Dawson and George South beat The Black Skull Army (Baron Bullard and Dee Mack) when Zane pinned Bullard after a top rope splash. Bullard and Mack are now banned from AML wrestling forever. The Heatseekers (Sigmon and Elliot Russell) defeated the debuting team of Jaxson James & Brady Pierce when Russell pinned Brady Pierce after a Sigmon falling headbutt. The Heatseekers retain the AML Wrestling Tag Team Championship. To open the event’s second half, The Tommy Thomas introduced his new client, a masked muscleman he calls Wrath The Regulator. Wrath "The Regulator" pinned “Pretty Boy” Raphael King, finishing King with a Michinoku driver. After the match, Tommy Thomas announced that the entire AML roster was on notice and that “The Wrath” would smash through the entire roster. When ringside interviewer Tim Blaze indicated that Wrath The Regulator's moves looked “familiar,” Too Cold Scorpio beat Timmy Lou Retton in a match that pitted the former WCW/WWE/ECW great against one of the many wrestlers who grew up watching him. Retton fought Scorpio gamely and nearly had him beaten several times but Too Cold Scorpio’s Tumbleweed finisher knocked Timmy Lou senseless, resulting in a three count for Scorpio. After the match, the competitors shook hands to the delight of the crowd. In the main event, King Shane Williams (w/Queen Taylor) pinned “Greek God” Papadon after a piledriver to win the AML Wrestling Championship. In another instant classic between the two grapplers, Queen Taylor’s (justified) interference was pivotal, allowing the King to finally win the coveted title. Williams then took the microphone and announced that as champion he would take AML all over the country “all the way to Stamford, Connecticut” AML returns to action on March 26 to the Yadkinville Elementary School in Yadkinville, NC as a benefit for Relay For Life. Scheduled to appear are former WWE stalwart “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan, Cedric Alexander, Caprice Coleman, King Shane Williams, Papadon, and much more!
