Little CEO Scholarship Competition to help young Entrepreneurs proclaim "I Am The Future"

ATLANTA - Feb. 26, 2016 - PRLog -- Carla Stephens has partnered with WPA (World’s Perfect Athlete) to present the Carla Stephen’s Little CEO Scholarship Competition this year in Delray Beach, Florida.

The Competition seeks to offer a platform for children to truly empower themselves. The Competition will highlight and bring to light accomplishments made by young children. These accomplishments will focus on education, intelligence, leadership, independence, commitment, and a desire make an impact throughout the globe. The Little CEO team believes this is what a true entrepreneur personifies. The Little CEO Competition focus for its contestants is to enhance the skills of today’s generation while they gain self-confidence and passion within themselves; thus, the Little CEO Competition 2016 slogan is "I Am The Future".

Several children entrepreneurs will vie for the coveted crown and title of Little CEO. The contestants will showcase their unique business ideas followed by an interview segment conducted by a select panel of judges.

“We’re very excited about this Competition this year,” says Carla Stephens, Competition founder and Reality star of Bravo TV’s Mother Funders. “This program has the potential to support hundreds of young children who aspire to own their own businesses by providing an opportunity for their entrepreneurial skills to be nurtured in an environment where creativity and innovations can flow freely”.

The brainchild of Carla Stephens, who is a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, The Little CEO Scholarship Competition was created with the goal of providing an avenue for youth to be rewarded for showcasing their intellectual, creative and critical thinking skills while building confidence and self-esteem.  Stephens expressed how important this Competition is to her, saying, “It is my hope and dream that this Competition will help generate viable and sustainable businesses that will contribute to our communities and ultimately the world.”

Prize packages this year will likely include a scholarship that can be used towards the business and several prizes for runners-up and finalists.

Contestants that would like to enter have until March 31st to apply. To qualify, each contestant must be between the ages of 6 and 12 and have a sample business plan completed. The winner of Little CEO will receive a monetary scholarship to use toward their business, a crown, and the title of Little CEO.  The Registration fee for the Competition is $75.00.

Winner will be announced a month prior to ceremony, May 23, 2016. Scholarship will be presented June 26, 2016 in Delray Beach, Florida. Winner is responsible for travel and hotel. Winner will be welcome to participate, watch, have fun with the athletes at all events.
