All Things REAL ESTATE is a guide for homeowners, home sellers and buyers, landlords, tenants, and real estate agents looking for practical, proven solutions to their real estate questions and concerns. The book differs from other real estate books on the market in its broad coverage of all aspects of residential real estate, and from the practical advice offered by the author’s unique and extensive national real estate experience.

For home sellers, topics covered in the book include pricing a home, maximizing equity, marketing the home, open houses, staging, showing, sale documents, disclosure issues, how to keep the sale together, getting ready for the closing, and selling condominiums.

Home buyers will find helpful information including: home finding objectives, making an offer, elements of a home inspection, the purchase and sale agreement, mortgage programs, the mortgage process itself, forms of ownership, and preparing for the closing. The book also discusses real estate commissions, short sales, and Multiple Listing Services.

All Things REAL ESTATE additionally tackles the issues relating to landlords and tenants, including lease agreements, estimating rental value, how to select a leasing firm, and how to market a rental.

The author has also included in the book a number of forms and exhibits that are helpful in real estate transactions, including a sample “Offer to Purchase,” “Home Appraisal Format,” and checklists for before and after moving.

Walter Hall, the book’s author, said that the book is intended to be a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive guide. “People who have applied the advice and techniques in this book have prospered,” he said, adding,”Knowledge is power in the real estate market. Home sellers have been able to use the information in this book to develop a winning marketing and pricing strategy to get their price in record time. Sellers, renters, and landlords have all been able to reach more favorable transactions.” He said that he has been approached by a number of real estate agencies who have asked to use the book as part of their training for new agents, and those with less than one or two years’ experience.

All Things REAL ESTATE will launch a new website, www.allthingsrealestate.org which will become operational in the near future.
