Pam Boyd Receives 2015 Customer Service Award

FLOWER MOUND, Texas - Feb. 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Pam Boyd with RE/MAX DFW Associates in Flower Mound was recently honored with the office’s Customer Service Award for 2015 at the Business Symposium and Awards Presentation held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lewisville. As the recipient of this award, Pam was recognized as a sales associate who received some of the highest accolades of the year for the service she rendered to her clients.

“Our buyers and sellers receive a questionnaire after each transaction is completed, asking them to rate the service they received from their sales associate,” notes Mark Wolfe, president of RE/MAX DFW Associates.  “Especially important is agent promptness, knowledge and courtesy throughout the transaction. The integrity of the agent is likewise important. Although the national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, our firm continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned questionnaires, almost always indicating strong satisfaction with the agent. As would be expected from Pam’s strong commitment to her clients and based on the questionnaires completed and returned on her behalf, she gave exemplary service during the year.”
