Even more startling is that 97% of consumers aged 18 - 34 read online reviews to judge a local business.

The search engine giant Google reports over 3.5 billion searches each day with 30% of these for a local business. Reviews of local businesses are visible all over the internet: social media, paid and organic search results, business directories, video-hosting sites, blogs and forums. It is now essential - not simply desirable -  to maintain an impeccable reputation. Successful sellers on global giants like Ebay and Amazon have understood this for years; now it’s the turn of every local business.
