Follow on Google News | The Jaime’s Lilac Foundation Delivers Cancer Patient Care Packages to SIUHThe Jaime's Lilac Foundation delivers over 50 cancer patient care packages to the Staten Island University Hospital on February 19, 2016.
“We are so happy to be able to help these patients as they continue their fight with cancer.” Said The Jaime’s Lilac Foundation Vice President Adam Moltisanti. “We hope these packages are able to ease some of their symptoms and help during these difficult times.” Medical and Nursing staff from the Staten Island university Hospital were on site to receive this large shipment of cancer patient care packages. In order to commemorate this important event, NY 1 News (www.ny1.com) filmed the delivery for a segment that will air on February 19, 2016. This marks the first set of care packages the foundation will provide to the hospital. The Jaime’s Lilac Foundation is actively fund raising in order to finance more cancer patient care packages, which will be regularly delivered to cancer patients being treated at the Staten Island University Hospital.
