Oregon builds giant Christmas trees
Crystal Valley Decorating, Inc manufactures commercial artificial Christmas trees and ships them around the world.
Based in Oregon's Willamette Valley the people at Crystal Valley start by manufacturing the giant steel frame required to hold the thousands of branches required on their trees. After the frame is built and powder coated they then attach an electrical harness that powers the lights on the tree branches. The tree branches are manufactured in their same Oregon location and are made of fire retardand film that is cut, slit, and twisted into the shape of natural tree branches. Once the manufacturing process is finished the entire tree, no matter the height, is packaged and shipped to locations all around the USA and the world.
In 2015 the company constructed nearly 100 trees for their client base. What was most impressive? Two of those trees were 100' in height when their 10' star tops were installed. Additionally the company is now at the forefront in the use of RGB lights and DMX animation technology. Two trees, one of 50' and one of 40' height, were lighted and animated with this new technology in 2015.
The sky seems to be the limit with what can be done to accomodate client needs when it comes to a giant Christmas tree from Crystal Valley. They build trees that have walk through paths, fit into fountains and over obelisques, and have even built a tree to accommodate an escalator. They can be contacted vie email at email@example.com or by phone at (541)924-0700. You can visit their website at http://www.crystalvalley.com
