2016 Building & Construction Industry Customer Satisfaction Research Underway by Pulse of the City

Pulse of the City News, for the third year in conjunction with The Stirling Center for Excellence, is rolling out the announcements of its 2016 Pulse of the City News customer satisfaction ratings.

LAPEER, Mich. - Feb. 23, 2016 - PRLog -- With its2016 research well underway, Pulse of the City News has begun announcing the winners of this year’s Pulse of the City Customer Satisfaction Award.

In affiliation with The Stirling Center for Excellence, Pulse of the City researches building and construction companies to identify those companies that provide more than just great design and construction services, but also a great customer experience. Those with top ratings receive the Pulse of the City Customer Satisfaction Award and are posted on the Pulse website with their own star page (www.pulseofthecitynews.com).

As a service to industry professionals responsible for hiring building and construction companies for new projects, Pulse of the City News performs its independent research on a rolling annual basis, posting results on its website as they are announced.

The Pulse of the City News research team accepts public and industry nominations and also scours multiple sources, including online customer reviews, blogs, websites, awards and more to put together a fair and objective rating for each company. The Star Award is reserved for those earning the highest ratings of 4 or 5 stars.

“We perform and provide our independent research for several reasons, making the results available at no charge for consumers and businesses alike. One of our goals is to identify those companies providing excellent customer service, and recognize their efforts. Additionally, we provide companies in the industry a database where they can confirm the Pulse ‘Star’ status of the companies they are considering hiring for future projects,” says Pulse of the City News Editor Jamie Rawcliffe.

“The construction industry certainly has not made optimizing customer experience front and center historically, but there is growing awareness of the need to do better,” says Frank Andrews, Executive Director of The Stirling Center for Excellence. “The Stirling Center is dedicated to promoting excellence wherever it is found and fostering it where it is not. We are pleased to have teamed with Pulse of the City News with its focus on the building and construction industry. The Stirling Center provides many forms of training and coaching to help organizations enhance service and results with a sharper, customer-first focus that can lead to repeat business and strong referrals.”
