Stratengy’s new podcast series is titled, “Leaders in the Field.” This podcast is a conversation designed to help leaders grow beyond the desk onto the field. Heather Clarke-Peckerman is the CEO of Stratengy, a leadership coaching and development firm, and she will be conducting the interviews. She has coached hundreds of influential leaders from the military to the boardroom, and is bringing the most valuable lessons learned to the mic so others can be encouraged by their compelling message of leadership and bravery.

Clarke-Peckerman comments, “I am very excited to have the opportunity to interview high caliber professionals in the field of business and the military. Each guest will be sharing their story on how they have achieved success in their chosen field. The listeners will walk away with important key tools that can help them navigate their own careers.”

Podcasts will be recorded once a month and posted on Stratengy’s website. The first podcast was recently released and is called, “Leading with Femininity.” In this interview, Heather talks with Rachel Bartlett, former Sergeant United States Marine Corps. Rachel served four years in active duty as a combat engineer, deploying to Afghanistan in 2012 as a member of the elite Female Engagement Team; an experimental unit tasked for cultural sensitives in rural combat areas.

Rachel held the highest standards while active in the Marine Corps, receiving the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Navy and Marine Corps Medal, Good Conduct Medal and Combat Action Ribbon among other awards while rising through the ranks. Rachel speaks about how to balance femininity and strength in a predominantly man’s world.
