Assume all submissions of and for firearms described will be shipped to or shipped from a out-of-state USA source. The following guidelines are followed, due to limited ad space for free postings of guns for sale. Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, not a curio or relic, not a collectable, does not state FFL requirement, is incomplete, poor or no description, not identified with manufacturer and model number, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal. We accept no postings with photo links to other ad sites. Only submissions with one item per Ad fully described in detail will be accepted.

Please report any suspicious sales activity of firearms immediatly to 1-800-ATF-GUNS. If you want to report a crime, please contact your local police department or contact ATF at 1-888-ATF-TIPS. Neither w3guns.com nor it's owner assume any liability in such transactions or for the items in such transactions.

If you are unsure of the Federal regulations regarding firearms and firearm transactions, they can be obtained at the ATF.GOV (http://www.atf.gov/), the ATF has a Frequently Asked Questions page concerning how to transfer a firearm if you are a non-FFL licensed person. All firearms in the US must be shipped to an FFL dealer (federally licensed gun dealer) in your state who will transfer the gun to you with all the proper paperwork and law compliance. "A person not licensed under the Gun Control Act (GCA) and not prohibited from acquiring firearms may purchase a firearm from an out-of-state source and obtain the firearm if an arrangement is made with a licensed dealer in the purchaser's state of residence for the purchaser to obtain the firearm from the dealer. [18 U. S. C 922( a)( 3) and (5), 922( b)( 3), 27 CFR 178.29] ".
