Weekend Dedicated to Raising Funds for Kids with Cancer!

TAMPA, Fla. - Feb. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- The WHAT THE BUC RALLY MATTERS FOUNDATION is proud to announce The 2nd Annual Trunk Slammers Invitational presented by the What the Buc Really Matters Foundation, Benefiting the 1Voice Foundation just got EVEN BETTER!

This event is part of an amazing weekend of activities all planned to benefit the 1Voice Foundation. The tournament will feature a great day of golf at the beautiful Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club in Pinellas County. The event will include a 4-person scramble, box lunch and awards presentation following the golf tournament at a delicious catered dinner. Last year’s tournament raised $20,000.00 and was an amazing time for folks to learn about the cause and raise funds for this amazing group fighting for the very lives of some of our most vulnerable; our children.

The Krewe at What the Buc Really Matters have partnered with 1Voice and Earnest Graham to create a unique weekend experience. Our 2^nd Annual Trunkslammers Invitational Golf Tournament kicks things off on Saturday, April 16^th. Pay your taxes then come out and shoot for eagles at Bardmoor Golf and Tennis club in an event that is unlike any you have been to before. Your donation gets you your greens fees, great lunch, snacks and drinks on the course. After the tournament we will complete the raffles, award the prizes at our awards banquet and set the stage for the next morning where you can join Earnest Graham and friends for the 5th annual Earnest Graham Inshore Slam at the beautiful Tampa Harbor & Hula Bay Club. Enjoy a day on the pristine waters of Tampa Bay and help children battling cancer. Categories are Redfish, Trout, Snook and of course Grand Slam! We have a division for everyone: Guided Celebrity, Guided, Angler and Ladies. Registration includes breakfast, snacks and beverages for your boat and a delicious luncheon poolside at Hula Bay.

The goal of this entire weekend is to bring attention to, and support for, the initiatives put forward by the Brandon, FL based 1Voice Foundation.

THE CAUSE- Providing families with vital information and resources about various forms of childhood cancer, treatment facilities, and options.

THE CARE- Providing families with support and assistance, both emotionally and financially, during their battle against childhood cancer.

THE CURE- Funding research that will lead to treatments that are less toxic to children, and increase survival rates

The 1Voice Foundation recognizes key areas that need to come together under one organization, in order to make a dramatic impact on childhood cancer, both nationally and world-wide.
