Denton, Texas - The Federalist Foundation is pleased to announce the official formation of a Texas not-for-profit corporation. The Federalist Foundation a policy research and advocacy institution with a mission to promote public policies based on the principles and framework that our Founding Fathers set forth. The Federalist Foundation believes in free enterprise, limited government, individual liberties, and freedom.

The Federalist Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and is an independent, tax-exempt institution. We rely on private financial support of the public at large including individuals, foundations, and corporations. However, we do not accept any government funds or provide research for hire.

The Federalist Foundation initial board of directors will consist of Lance R. Haynie, Larry L. Johnson, and Katie Piraino.

Together, we can build an America with freedom, opportunity, liberty, and prosperity.
