Follow on Google News | Real Estate Team Is Stepping Up To Help Homeless Students In Seminole County By Partnering with FINIn an effort to help, The Miller Realty Group of Keller Williams Heritage Realty has partnered with Families in Need (F.I.N.) to help bring awareness, unity, and fundraising for this cause. Over the course of 2016 they will be donating 5% of their commission to the FIN program. They will also be hosting local community events throughout the year to help fundraise and sponsor collection drives. David Miller, The president of The Miller Realty Group stated, “As realtors who live and work within our community, we felt compelled to give back to it, especially the children who are in need. Since we have daughters who are currently in public high school in Seminole county it really hit home. By supporting Families in Need we hope to have a positive impact on the families who need help to prevent them from being homeless.” Families in Need is a local organization that provides aid to homeless families and children in Seminole County. They provide assistance with enrollment procedures for school, access to transportation to school, school supplies, free breakfast and lunch, as well as tutoring. They also refer the agencies for additional needs and assistance.
