Altar’d State Chooses PLUS Positive for Mission Mondays Recipient

TUCKER, Ga. - Feb. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Non-Profit organization PLUS Positive has been chosen to receive the funds from Altar’d State’s Mission Monday for the months of March and April 2016. Mission Monday is a program in which Altar’d State donates 10% of net proceeds every Monday from each Altar’d State store to a local charity.  PLUS Positive was chosen by the local Marietta, GA Altar’d State store to receive these funds based on their merit and reputation within the community.

PLUS Positive (PLUS+) is on a mission to build confidence and self-esteem in plus size men, women, and teens; plus advocate for size diversity in the entertainment industry.  Their upcoming Color Me Confident Teen Summit on March 26, 2016 at Georgia State University’s Indian Creek Lodge, is just one of their many youth events in their See Positive Program.  This FREE event offers teenage boys and girls an opportunity to boost their confidence and self-esteem through a half day of educational activities, interactive exercises, and positively entertaining performances.
