La Vie Theaters Rising Star Film Festival (RSfilmfest) The Festival includes well rounded festival directors in film and media, such as AMS Pictures, Murder Made Me Famous Producer/Writer Katie Dunn, President of B’Raja Productions Zohra Hasta, Producer and President of Spirit World Films Lance Paul, Former actress on Tyler Perry’s House of Payne and Producer/Writer/ The Festival’s Agenda includes an elaborate Press Brunch, Indoor screenings and panel at the Angelika Film Center Dallas, VIP industry Party (For Sponsors, arts teachers and those in the film industry) at the Alexander Mansion, Academy like Red Carpet Award Ceremony and after Party for the High School Filmmakers. And awards which include distribution deals with Various Artist TV, Final Draft Software, Festival passes to Austin Film Festival, winners film screenings at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival, awards and customized Dog Tags made by Tiffany & Co. and a number of other signature prizes. There is also an award presented to the high School of the Best Director whose works supersede over all film categories. ABOUT LA VIE THEATERS La Vie Theaters is a 501c(3) Dallas based arts organization, known for it’s works in Dallas/Fort Worth and New York City. Programs and events include the Act Outside the Box After school Program for 3rd- 5th grade students, An evening Celebrating Life and Hope for cancer survivors, The Shepherd’s Vineyard- A Ballet, La Vie Theaters Short Film Red Carpet Event and the film production, The Truth Behind The Chords. La Vie Theaters produces, promotes and presents socially conscious media and events, in film and the related arts with a heavy focus on child development.
