Local Actress in Saturday Night Fever National Broadway TourBy: Thrasher-Horne Center Touring with the production is 2011 Ponte Vedra High School graduate Katie Laduca. She serves as the Dance Captain, Swing, and Understudy for all of the female leads in Saturday Night Fever. Before moving to New York to begin her professional career, Laduca was most recently seen in the area in Orange Park Community Theatre's production of Godspell and First Coast Opera Company's production of Three Penny Opera. “I’m thrilled to be playing close to home with Saturday Night Fever,” said Laduca. “I'm so excited that my national tour debut is with a show coming to Orange Park!” Saturday Night Fever brings one of the most beloved dance stories of all time in a spectacular new production. It is the coming of age tale of young Tony Manero who learns the value of life in 1970s Brooklyn.
