The first is to the Harlem Ambassadors basketball team who are going to learn how we play old school basketball down South, and the second is to END POLIO NOW. Since 1998, the Harlem Ambassadors have brought high-flying slam-dunks and hilarious comedy to charity basketball games. This time they duel Georgia Rotarians. Regardless of who wins, polio loses. And you may even be asked to participate too! Willie Anderson, retired NBA Spurs Champion and Rotarian, declares “Our Roaring Rotarians are ready for a great event.” He adds, “We get tough when it comes down to changing the game and giving back to society both globally and locally.” Anderson is one of several Rotarian NBA stars playing to end polio now. This fun for the whole family event will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 6:30 PM at Riverwood High School - 5900 Raider Drive, NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30028.
