A Revolution is Coming to the Land of Enchantment

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Feb. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Albuquerque, New Mexico ABQ Sol FC is prepping for something big, very big; as alluded to, by a mysterious countdown clock on their website. Ticking away, the clock hints that a revolution will launch on February 17, 2016 at 1PM.

Recently, The ABQ Sol FC has begun making a lot of waves with local companies in an attempt to make a bigger splash within their community. Most recently, they have begun working with a local Creative Agency, NIJIAN Productions, to develop a new website, geared at attracting millennial’s and allowing a more comprehensive edge in the digital world.

The Albuquerque Sol FC began in 2013 as a Premier Development League team, and has since gained momentum, support and recognition in the land of enchantment. “Soccer isn’t just a game, it’s a culture, a lifestyle, a movement that has the ability to unite people” Says Ron Patel, President of ABQ Sol FC.

Albuquerque Sol FC competes in the Premier Developmental League. (PDL) The PDL is the proven developmental leader in North American soccer's evolving tiered structure, the 2016 PDL season will feature 67 teams within four conferences throughout the United States and Canada, including 10 teams affiliated with the USL or Major League Soccer clubs. The PDL has proven to be an important stepping-stone for top professionals now playing throughout the world, with 70 percent of all MLS draftees having PDL experience. The PDL provides elite collegiate players the opportunity to taste a higher level of competition while maintaining their eligibility. In addition to league play, PDL teams compete in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup as well as various exhibitions.

Albuquerque, New Mexico has proven time and time again, that it is most definitely a soccer town as evidenced by the soaring attendance numbers during the past two seasons.
