Kansas City Filmmaker Premieres Post-Apocalyptic Road Movie

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Feb. 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Local independent filmmaker Adam Scradam has recently announced the world premiere screening of his short film “Combust”, a post-apocalyptic motorcycle chase movie in the tradition of Mad Max. “Combust” will play at The Tivoli Cinemas in the Westport neighborhood of Kansas City, MO on March 3rd, 2016 at 7:30 PM.

Adam Scradam assembled an eclectic cast and crew of local talent to complete the production in Kansas City and the surrounding area. Established actors, amateurs, and an authentic motorcycle club populate the cast.

“Combust!” is the newest installment in a series of four shorts produced by Adam Scradam that will be combined into a feature film titled “TBD: The Movie”. His most recent completed work, “Sleep Study”, is currently available to view online.

Adam Scradam has been making films for 22 years. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema from San Francisco State University, he became immersed in the freelance video editing market. He moved to the Kansas City area in 2013 and has been making films in the area for the past two years.
