Propst Promoted To Managing Principal With Waddell & Reed

RALEIGH, N.C. - Feb. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC - Waddell & Reed recently announced that Brian T. Propst, LUTCF, CLTC has been promoted to managing principal with supervisory responsibilities in the Triangle and surrounding areas.  Propst has been with the firm for 1 year, after joining as an associate managing principal in 2015.

         As a managing principal, Propst will oversee all advisors in the area, monitoring performance, managing sales practices and training, and will work frequently with the corporate headquarters. His expertise in financial counseling and sales management has made him an ideal candidate for the managing principal’s role, according to company executives. He will continue to work from the Raleigh Division office.

         Propst, 42, has been a professional in the financial services industry over 20 years.  He joined Waddell & Reed in 2015.  Propst earned a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University.
