Twin Cities Commercial Remodelers Complete Project for Medtronic Monitoring

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Feb. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Titus Contracting, a commercial remodeling company serving St Paul and surrounding areas, recently completed a project for Medtronic Monitoring, a division of Medtronic. Titus designed and built their Research and Development Office in St Paul.

After interviewing multiple commercial design and building contractors, Medtronic Monitoring selected Titus Contracting for the job. Titus Contracting provided a few different concepts for their office remodeling project, and Medtronic selected and approved the final concept.

The design phase of Medtronic’s remodeling project was completed in March 2015, and Titus began with the construction phase in May 2015, after the proper work permits were submitted to the City of St Paul.

Originally, Medtronic Monitoring’s building was all office space, but they wanted to include warehouse space as well. Titus removed the offices from the back of the building to create room for the warehouse. This included removing the ceiling, carpet and all the finishings to open up the space. Titus also opened up the back wall and installed a new garage door to the warehouse. To complete the project, Titus installed vinyl tile and all new lighting in the warehouse. They also added a wall between the warehouse and offices, and painted throughout the entire building.

Titus Contracting completed the commercial remodeling project on schedule and on budget for Medtronic, giving the company their much-needed remodeled office. The management at Medtronic was thrilled that Titus was able to complete their project as promised, on time and on budget, so they could begin working on their own projects in their new space.
