Renato, who has worked at Aqua at the Shard, The Lanesborough Hotel 5* and Ferme de Montagne 5* Boutique Hotel, will expertly pair each of our five courses with the very finest Portugese wines. Our five courses will be prepared by ‘our Michelin Star’ Gabriel Waterhouse of The Waterhouse Project. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous five course, five star meal, with five star wines, at Gabriel’s beautiful London (England) home! The Brun Bear Foundation Dinners form one strand of the charitable activities of The Brun Bear Foundation, which Edwin set up in February 2015 in memory of his Dad. To date, the Foundation has raised close to £5,000. Highlights have included a £1,900 contribution to the work of Great Ormond Street Hospital’s OSCAR Campaign. This funds pioneering research that is saving young lives today and developing medicines and treatments that will do the same tomorrow.
