New Venture to invest in illiquid credits

MILAN - Feb. 10, 2016 - PRLog -- CPI arranged a new venture in the italian illiquid assets market.

The new venture (structured as Special Purpose Vehicle ex art 130 under the Italian Law) will invest up to Euro 100 Millions in Tax Credit Assets from Italian companies (IVA, IRES, IRAP credits).

CPI acted on behalf of one of the most important international AAM (Alternative Asset Managers) and selected the business and the operating managers. The venture invested in 2015 more than 20 Euro Millions and the goal for 2016 is to invest additional 30 Euro Millions.

CPI still acts as Monitoring and Structuring Agent for the Secial Purpose Vehicle.

CPI plans to launch in 2016 a € 20 million venture to
purchase receivables owed by companies in liquidation.
