Riveron Consulting Promotes Levi Preston to Principal, Market Leader in Atlanta

ATLANTA - Feb. 9, 2016 - PRLog -- – Riveron Consulting (http://riveronconsulting.com/), a Dallas-based firm that helps clients maximize the value of both strategic and financial transactions throughout the business transaction life cycle, including acquisition, integration, operations and divestiture, is pleased to announce the promotion of Levi Preston, CPA, to principal and market leader in Riveron’s Atlanta office.

Preston joined Riveron in 2011 and has served in a number of management positions including manager of financial advisory services and senior manager of new markets. In his new role as principal and market leader, Preston is responsible for new market practice development, specifically in Riveron’s Atlanta office.

Preston has more than ten years of experience in public accounting and financial advisory services in the public and private sector for a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, and building products. He has provided sell side carve-out and IPO preparation services, assurance services in conjunction with public client mergers and acquisitions, and various registration statement responsibilities. Additionally, he has extensive experience in engagement management including planning, budgeting, client service mobilization and maintaining client relationships. Prior to joining Riveron, he was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Preston earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Professional Accounting at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a certified public accountant.
