This program targets medium to large scale planned unit developments including home owners associations and property owners associations. Condominium and townhome associations that require property coverage on residential buildings are not eligible.

Offered in all states, the CommunityAssociationGuard insurance program provides Property (including Equipment Breakdown), Liability, Auto, Crime, Inland Marine and Umbrella (Up to $10M limits) coverage. Optional coverages include Flood, Earthquake, Tee To Green, Limited Pollution for pesticide/herbicide, liquor liability and crisis response.
