The Great Bowel Movement is raising money to bring awareness to IBD with The i’Mpossible Project

MILWAUKEE - Feb. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- The Great Bowel Movement is working with The i’Mpossible Project to bring awareness to Chron's and Colitis, and to empower the patient community. From 2/17- 2/23, The Great Bowel Movement will receive 20% for every The i’Mpossible Project book purchased—worldwide.

"The work of The Great Bowel Movement "GBM" offers tools, resources, and apparel to empower those affected by IBD to invite conversations, and use their personal stories of dealing with IBD as a means to spread awareness. GBM also works to empower patients to become more accepting of their diseases and through this, become open and inspire others. Megan Starshak, one of the co-founders of GBM, is also one of our authors in The i'Mpossible Project book. Let's work together to help the Megan and The Great Bowel Movement."  - Josh Rivedal, author and curator of The i’Mpossible Project book, founder, and Executive Director of The i'Mpossible Project

About the book: Storytelling is one of our oldest traditions. Stories can make us laugh or cry… or both at the same time. They can teach, inspire and even ignite an entire movement. The i'Mpossible Project: Reengaging With Life, Creating a New You is a collection of powerful stories about overcoming obstacles, and creating new possibilities—coming out as a lesbian at fourteen, managing a Chron's and colitis diagnosis, finding your funny in the face of overwhelming odds, and more…
Among the 50 authors includes James Lecesne, Academy Award winning founder of the Trevor Project; and Glee actress Ali Stroker. Kevin Hines wrote the foreword.
