Dream Big Retreat Creates Time and Space for Entrepreneurial Growth

7th Annual Business Coaching Event to be held in Tidewater Region

Feb. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Some businesses are too small or the owners too busy to hold regular management retreats, even though they can be a key to success. One business coaching expert is hosting an annual small business growth conference to entice owners, managers and their leadership team to get away, hunker down and focus on their enterprise.

The Dream Big Retreat, hosted by Business Success Unlimited is coming to Virginia on April 21-23rd., at the Chesapeake Hyatt, 709 Eden Way North.

According to the most current federal data available Virginia is home to 567,830 small businesses. It is clear that the road to economic recovery is depends on the success of these mom and pop operations. Nancy Becher, of Business Success Unlimited, says, “The Dream Big Retreat is an opportunity to gain perspective on your small business by getting away from it for a weekend and consulting with business coaches, consultants and marketing experts to lay the groundwork for your next stage of growth.”

The 7th Annual Dream Big Retreat is unique in that it's facilitated by business thought leaders who have "been there, done that." As business owners, the retreat coaches know what they're talking about, having experienced the ups and downs themselves. During the weekend, speakers are matched with the attendees who are then given help in certain areas: marketing, planning, revenue, motivation, or morale.

The program starts with a party for networking and relationship building followed by intensive workshops on Friday. On Saturday, participants will be paired with the expert of their choosing, who will guide each individual business as they create their own strategies, documents, and programs. These sessions are geared toward each business leaving the retreat with a personal plan for success to implement, at once, when they home. With only 100 people invited, this guarantees an intimate weekend where everyone gets time focused on their own projects.

"I picked up several great ideas at the retreat and put them into action. As a result, 4th Quarter was 83% above 3rd Quarter. I think the retreat was a confidence booster for all who attended, not so much in a "rah-rah" way but because we all came away with practical knowledge and skills," says a participant in last year’s conference, David Keenan, owner of the Affordable Hearing Store.

Nancy Becher, conference organizer believes that “…the best work is done when a person is relaxed and able to think out of the box, without all the noise of phones, Internet, and interruptions. There will be plenty of peace, quiet and most importantly, fun during these days -- incorporating networking and socializing in the mix.”

The dates for the Conference/Retreat are April 21-23, 2016 and the early bird price for the program is $197.00 (ends Feb. 15) or $297.00 (starting Feb. 16). Spaces are going quickly so register now. Call Nancy, 269-319-6041 or visit http://dreamBIGretreat.com.
