LOS ANGELES - Feb. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Career Systems International (CSI), the employee engagement and career development company founded by Dr. Beverly Kaye, and three of their clients, Ingersoll Rand, Medtronic, and Catalent Pharma Solutions were recipients of prestigious Leadership Awards at the LEAD2016 event being held at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee. The prestigious Leadership Awards salute the world’s top leadership practitioners and programs and highlight their roles in developing their most important asset - their people.

For more than 33 years, Leadership Excellence, now a part of HR.com, has identified and recognized the top leadership organizations and their strategies and solutions in a yearly ranking by appropriate category. CSI and their clients were recipients of rewards in four categories.

“We’re delighted that three of our clients received recognition for their leadership programs based on CSI solutions. These are great examples of partnerships with clients and results that can be achieved when the culture of the organization is factored into the strategy and solution,” says Beverly Crowell, Executive Vice President at Career Systems International. She continues, “CSI partners with clients to come up with the best possible solution for their needs.”

Ingersoll Rand was recognized as having the Best Train the Trainer Program for Engaging Your Employees. A custom solution based on CSI’s Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em® was deployed to a global audience. The course, designed to equip managers with practical strategies they can use to retain, engage, and encourage the talents of their people; also addressed leader/manager behaviors such as coaching and communication that are critical drivers of engagement at Ingersoll Rand.

Covidien (now part of Medtronic) was recognized in the Best Use of Classroom and Traditional Training category. They partnered with CSI to deliver its award-winning CareerPower® Classic workshops to both employee and manager audiences. Using CSI’s five-step career framework, employees learned to maximize their productivity by preparing for changing roles and future competencies. In addition, they expedited success of its goal to foster open, productive conversations by enabling managers and employees to identify and pursue development in sync with the organization’s strategic needs through these workshops.

Catalent Pharma Solutions was recognized in the Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs categoryfor their use of CSI’s Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em® employee engagement and retention solution.  Catalent partnered with Career Systems to help managers deliver upon a new People and Leadership Development goal focusing on the development, engagement, and retention of their employees. The guide included a step-by-step process of what to do before, during and after each training event.

CSI received two awards, one for their Hello Stay Interviews App (Best Use of Mobile Technology) and one for their Solutions Based Coaching Program (Best Train the Trainer Program). “We are honored to be recognized for our Stay Interview App,” said Ann Jordan, Vice President of Product Development, Career Systems International. “The App is a great tool to support managers worldwide in having Stay Interviews in the ebb and flow of their busy workdays. We’re looking forward to launching another app for Career Conversations next month.” Lynn Cowart, Vice President of Quality Delivery, Career Systems International, is pleased with the recognition.
