Contaminated Water with Arsenic, Uranium, and many other highly toxic chemicals

HINKLEY, Calif. - Feb. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Victims from Hinkley, CA 92347 has commenced the process of lawsuit's filings in the various U.S. District Courts throughout the US:

[1]  Lawsuits against officials from State of California and from the County of San Bernardino, CA.   Civil Rights Complaints (42 U.S.C. §1983, §1985)

[2]  Lawsuits against Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), and does 1-500 inclusive.    Civil Lawsuits for all damages, economic and noneconomic (health injuries and wrongful death).

[3]  Filings with World Criminal Court, Hague, Netherlands, myriad of allegations against:  Officials from State of California Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board and officials from other governments, Executives from Pacific Gas and Electric Company, other accomplices and those acting in concert with.

All administrative remedies were declared as exhausted, wherefore all Victims will be filing lawsuits. (some of the most successful environmental justice lawsuits are based on violations of civil rights laws) (some of the most successful civil rights lawsuits are based on violations of environmental justice laws)

The Federal law under which a Civil Rights Claim arises is 42 u.s.c. Sections 1983 and 1985.

Based upon the massive violations of environmental justice laws by the State of California water board's officials  (civil rights challenges based on statutes, rather than the constitution).

Three major counts against California Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board's officials: Patty Kouyoumdjian;  Lauri Kemper;  Lisa Dernbach;  Anne Holden (Federal funding recipients USEPA, Region 9)

By each Victim, town of Hinkley, California 92347 (not just massive political implication, but also, pressed are charges for murder.)

Most of the World's leaders are also to be informed, including but not limited to the environmental organizations from around the world and subsequent criminal information filed (on or before February 18, 2016, by each victim in the World Criminal Court, Hague, Netherlands.
