Mandil Inc. Expands Architecture Services

DENVER - Feb. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Thirty-five years after launching a one-man design firm, Colorado-based Mandil Inc. has introduced a new partnership, Mandil Hentschel Architects, which will amplify the collaborative approach the firm brings to clients’ residential and commercial architecture, interior design and environmental color projects.

This partnership brings the talents of Hentschel Designs and Stephen Hentschel, NCDIQ, ICAA, to Mandil Inc.’s clients, formalizing their process to create together. Mandil Inc.’s founder, Eric Mandil, AIA, NCARB, ICAA, and Hentschel have been collaborating on residential design projects for more than six years. Hentschel’s design is greatly influenced by many years of living in Europe and fortified with more than 30 years of construction experience, bringing an integrated world view to the custom projects he oversees. He launched his Colorado-based studio in 1995, and holds a master in architecture from the University of Colorado and a bachelor of design in architecture from the University of Florida.

“There is a distinctive need for complimentary architecture and design services that can beautifully represent a person’s life in their home, as well as enable a business and its employees to flourish,” said Mandil. “Creating this partnership will not simply support the growth of our business, but allow us to spend more time on our passion for architecture. Architecture is not a function of business, but a true labor of love.”

In support of expanding the architecture side of Mandil Inc.’s business, Steven Vujeva, RA, NCARB, joined the Mandil Inc. team late last year. His architectural interests lie in the application of classical theory to present-day design in order to create beautiful living spaces that simultaneously feel effortless and satisfying to his clients. More than 13 years ago, Vujeva began his career in New York focusing on the design and management of high-end architectural projects ranging from luxurious Manhattan penthouses to expansive homes on Long Island. For the past eight years, he worked with Don Ruggles designing custom homes in Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Vujeva earned a master of science in sustainable environmental design at the Architectural Association in London, England, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.

The complete team of 12 at Mandil Inc. sets the stage set for their clients’ life, business or community, applying classic design principals to projects ranging from Stapleton to The Landmark, Barolo Grill to HW Home, and custom residences to original bungalows. A few current projects receiving the “Mandil touch” include private residences from coast to coast, Strada Advertising’s new corporate offices in Denver, and the model homes at Cardinal Homes and Wayne Homes communities in multiple markets throughout the U.S.
