Twin Cities Commercial Remodelers Complete Project for Dish Network

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. - Feb. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Titus Contracting, commercial remodelers serving the Twin Cities, recently completed a renovation project for Dish Network in Brooklyn Center. Dish Network wanted to expand their office area into their warehouse space and create additional access to their commercial space.

Titus Contracting remodeled Dish Network’s current office space to better suit their wants and needs, as well as updated the space to give it a more modern look. In addition, Titus made the commercial space ADA compliant for visitors with disabilities.

Titus Contracting was chosen by Dish Network for the job by having a competitive bid and an incredibly thorough proposal. Titus Contracting allowed the company to work with their own architect, and they agreed to work within Dish Network’s schedule and time frame.

The project for Dish Network had a few major elements. One of the first things on the list was installing a flammable waste tank. This required a large hole to be dug in the ground of their warehouse space to hold the tank. In addition, Titus cut open a wall of their warehouse to build in a 12 x 14 garage door for their work vehicles.

In the office area, Titus Contracting built walls and added long countertops for work stations. Titus installed new cabinets in the break room, and also added cabinets and a sink to the warehouse area for a coffee bar/water station.

Titus Contracting began working on the Dish Network project in November and finished the end of December. Titus was pleased to be contracted by such a reputable national company.
