Brady Thomason Named Corporate Food & Beverage Director at Ledgestone Hospitality

CHANHASSEN, Minn. - Feb. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Brady Thomason has been appointed Corporate Food & Beverage Director for Ledgestone Hospitality, LLC, announced Michael Harris, Vice President of the leading hospitality management firm.

Chef Thomason is a 2006 graduate from the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  He also has a history with Ledgestone going back to 2007 having helped concept and open the chic Enoteca Restaurant & Lounge in the management group’s four-diamond luxury boutique hotel, La Bellasera Hotel & Suites, located in Paso Robles, California.  After a stint with California Pizza Kitchen in a variety of corporate and GM positions, Mr. Thomason has chosen to return to Ledgestone.
