Self-Published Author Goes Viral, Inspires Worldwide Twitter Trend
LONDON - Feb. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Jordyn Burlot, the author of the LGBT novel "Destiel", has this past week seen her work catapulted into the international spotlight as the result of a Twitter campaign. This campaign, in support of the translation of the book for the Brazilian market, trended worldwide during the evening of 28 January 2016.

The Twitter tag "DESTIEL BOOK IN BRAZIL" made it into the top ten global trends for a number of hours that evening, with individual tweets and retweets numbering millions.

The global exposure of this Copyhouse Press novel and author was unprecedented and has taken interest in both to new heights. International interest is at its strongest now since the novel was released on 1st December 2015.

Since going on sale, "Destiel" has been

- A #1 Hot New Release bestseller in the Amazon LGBT Paperback Fiction genre on two different occasions

- A Top Ten Bestseller in LGBT Fiction on Amazon Germany and Japan

- A Top 10 in its genre in the UK in both Kindle and Paperback

It occupies a top five slot in the Australian Kindle LGBT Fiction Bestseller chart at time of going to press. It has also spent nearly two months in the Top Five of Barnes and Noble's LGBT Drama Fiction chart.
