Caveo Learning Consultants 1st to Earn Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRp) Certification

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - Jan. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Caveo Learning, a leader in custom learning strategies and solutions, announces that four of its consultants have earned Talent Development Reporting principles (TDRp) consultant certification from the nonprofit Center for Talent Reporting.

TDRp is an industry-led initiative to bring standards and business discipline to the HR and learning functions, in an effort to align talent development initiatives to organizational objectives and deliver greater value. TDRp provides industry standard measures and reports that enable upfront planning, backend performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

In granting TDRp certification to four Caveo consultants, the Center for Talent Reporting affirms their ability to deliver high-quality talent metrics and measurement strategy, and to implement services consistent with talent development reporting best practices. While the nonprofit industry organization has previously certified internal practitioners, this is the first time that consultants have been certified to implement TDRp with third-party companies.

Caveo CEO Jeff Carpenter, President Gary Schafer, Strategic Learning Partner Alwyn Klein, and Learning Project Manager Keri Meeker have each earned consultant certification.
