You Are Strong and Inherently Powerful

There is always someone to remind you of your failings…

And how does that help anything, really?

Yes, it reminds you of the promises you made yourself this time last year and it reminds you that you have not yet fulfilled them…

Yes, it reminds you of your weaknesses and it makes you want to bury yourself in a tidal wave of shame and guilt…

No, it does not get you to work!

And really, THE ABOVE is not all you are about!

You are about power, as well!

You are about leadership!

You are strong and it takes a lot of internal wherewithal to withstand some of the nonsense that you have had to face so let me say that I do not belittle that…

You know you want more and I want to remind you of that but not in a nasty, ‘you are wasting your life away’, kind of a way but more in a reminder of what is already inside of you.

It is the start of a new week and today is a great day for you to draw a line under the sand and wake up!

Not because of guilt and the feeling that you SHOULD do things, but more because you want to and you are perfectly gifted and talented to do whatever you set your mind to.

So, hey, why not do it?

Why not show up in your business exactly the way you dream of being in it?

Why not show up in life as the leader, the parent, the friend you want to be?

No more being controlled by what you think others may think of you…

No more trying so hard to fit into what you think they want of you!

It takes the same amount of energy to be powerful in a way that aligns with who you sense you are so why not use your energy for that purpose…
To speak truth as you see it, rather than to conform and fit in to the ‘in-crowd’

Let me tell you something about the in-crowd… They are going nowhere fast – They are all looking to each other for guidance on how to be and when to say what…

They all want approval from each other

And you, honey, no longer have to play that game.

You want it so badly and nothing holds you back apart from this need to make everyone else happy before you even stop to consider yourself and there is the fear that you are pretty deluded to think yourself that powerful.

I know you have been taught from birth to put others before you and you think that that is the right thing to do.

But who is putting you first before them?

Everyone else has gotten so used to depending on you, to you being put on hold so that they can live their life so WHEN WILL IT BE YOUR TURN?

Honey, it will be your turn the moment you decide to take back the authority over your life!
