Psychological Associates Adds New Division

ST. LOUIS - Jan. 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral psychology to business performance, recently expanded their retail team into a specialized division of the company.  The newly formed service will focus on the needs of existing and potential retail clientele.

Psychological Associates’ retail division will address a variety of areas including strategy; leadership and senior team development; executive coaching; on-boarding and mentoring, and; succession planning.

Thomas D. Brooks, Ph.D., was named President of the retail division.  His new responsibilities involve framing and leading retail client programs including assessments, development, succession planning, and coaching.  Dr. Brooks will work closely with Mr. William McNamara, former President of Macy’s Reinvent Strategies and Mr. John Danahy, former Chairman of May Merchandising and May Department Stores International, as well as Psychological Associates’ co-founder and CEO Robert Lefton, Ph.D.

Brooks will also continue in his role as Executive Vice President, Professional Services at Psychological Associates, where he provides assessment services to corporations throughout the U.S. for selection, promotion, succession planning, and development purposes.  His extensive background in this area includes working with both middle and senior level management as a coach and facilitator.  He earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Webster University.
