Garden City Realty recognizes its December agents of the month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Jan. 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc.,  a full-service real estate firm,is pleased to announce that Broker Associate, Dennis McCabe, is the top listing agent and REALTOR, June Hiller, is the top selling agent of December.

In 2015 McCabe was the firm’s top selling agent of the month in March and May, the top listing agent in July, as well as the firm’s top selling agent of the first quarter.

McCabe has been selling real estate in the Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet areas since 1978 and received his broker’s designation in 1983. He joined Garden City Realty in 1998. Although he specializes in listing and selling oceanfront properties he is well-versed in the real estate markets east of U.S. Highway Business 17 from the south end of Myrtle Beach to the Litchfield Beach and Pawleys Island area.
