NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Jan. 25, 2016 - PRLog -- The Newport Beach office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced the promotion of Alton Burgess, Travis Haining, Tim Walker and Matt McKinlay to principal.

         Burgess and Haining specialize in the South Orange County/Airport area of real estate and represent institutional landlords, private owners and local companies.  They concentrate on office and R&D/industrial from the 55 south to Aliso Viejo.  As a three person team with Associate Ryan Lawler, they consistently increase market share and achieve “career bests” year after year.

         Walker specializes in development and redevelopment and assisting developers with market and site analysis, feasibility, and acquisition of land and existing buildings for repositioning. In his career, he was responsible for more than 400 Acres of developed land across multiple product types, including industrial, office/R&D and multifamily.

         McKinlay, who started with Lee & Associates Newport Beach as an associate in July 2013, specializes in land acquisitions, underwriting existing assets, entitlement of new and existing product, property design, construction management, and leasing and selling in all asset classes.
