Israel Klein Wins Hearing on Behalf of Former Employee of Select Express and Logistics

NEW YORK - Jan. 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Attorney Israel Klein, an associate of the law firm Imbesi Law P.C., successfully represented a former employee of Select Express and Logistics ("Select Express").  The Department of Labor issued an initial determination that the firm's client could receive benefits.  Select Express appealed the determination and a hearing was held before the Honrabale Justin W. Conley.

Judge Conley issued an award in favor of the firm's client after the hearing was conducted.  The decision in favor of the firm's client sustained the initial determination granting the client benefits.

Specifically, the decision set forth the following:

DECISION: The initial determination is sustained.  The claimant is allowed benefits with respect to the issues decided herein.

Judge Conley determined that Mr. Klein successfully proved that the employee was entitled to benefits.
