“2016 Best Christian Workplace” Lead Like Jesus equips organizations seeking greater influence

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Jan. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Lead Like Jesus (LLJ) has been certified as a 2016 Best Christian Workplace (http://bcwinstitute.org/bcwlists.html) by the Best Christian Workplace Institute (BCWI). Beyond affirming the ministry as a healthy workplace, going through the certification process provides Lead Like Jesus with additional insight and credibility as they inspire and equip other nonprofit ministries, churches, and faith-led businesses.

In order to qualify as a Best Christian Workplace, an organization must achieve an average score of at least 4.0 on a 5.0 employee satisfaction survey. Some of Lead Like Jesus’ highest employee scores were in response to the questions:

·       “Leaders demonstrate compassion for people at all levels;”

·       “There is a high level of trust between leaders and staff/employees;” and

·       “Leaders keep a focus on putting Christ first in daily decision-making.”
