YMCA of Orange County Fitness Centers Waiving Membership Join Fees

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Jan. 21, 2016 - PRLog -- The YMCA of Orange County is offering new facility members of their Family Fitness Centers an opportunity to join without having to pay a membership join fee starting this Friday, January 22nd through Saturday, January 30th.

“As a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y seeks to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. The No Join Fee promotion was put in action to support our commitment and to help more people benefit from the Y. The offer can potentially save new members up to $90 depending on membership type,” says YMCA of Orange County Executive Director Jennifer Heinen.

The benefits of a YMCA membership are extensive and include access to 5 fully-equipped fitness centers in the Orange County area.  Members can also enjoy over 80 group exercise classes included with membership; Boot Camp, BODYPUMP™, Cycling, Barre, Zumba®, Yoga and more. Each location includes a KidZone with fully trained childcare staff so parents with kids can work out more efficiently.  Facility members also receive special offers and lower pricing on several youth sports programs like basketball, soccer, swim and dance.

The Fullerton Family YMCA will be holding an open house on Saturday, January 23rd where potential members can meet the staff and check out the new Technogym® strength training equipment.  Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in demos for sports, watch a live gymnastics showcase, and sign up for youth basketball league and swimming assessments.

To cap off the No Join Fee promotion, all 5 of the Orange County YMCA Family Fitness Centers will be offering free 7 day passes so people can try out the facility before becoming a member.
