Rumberger Attorney Bob Fitzsimmons Invited to Join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance

MIAMI - Jan. 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Rumberger Kirk & Caldwellis pleased to announce that Bob Fitzsimmons  has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.  The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys.  Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.  Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Fitzsimmons is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in complex civil litigation. He is Peer Review Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the field of Construction Law.

His experience includes construction product class action and federal multidistrict litigation, most recently serving as lead national counsel for all contractors in the Chinese Drywall multi-district litigation.

Fitzsimmons received his undergraduate degree from College of Holy Cross and his juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
